75 Hard is an app created by 44Seven Media. It is really innovative. The app is mainly to help you train your mental toughness and completely change you in 75 days. The plan was originally conceived by Andy Frisella. It is not only to make you look good, but more importantly, to challenge your mind and body, so that you can break through your comfort zone and realize your full potential.
The 75 Hard plan was launched in 2019 and quickly became popular because of its unique method.
